Arroyo Grande Creek

Arroyo Grande Creek is located in southern San Luis Obispo County. The watershed covers approximately 104,045 acres. Its heaswaters begin in the Los Padres National Forest between San Luis Obispo and Santa Margarita Lake and it flows from Lopez Mountain approximately 23 miles southwest to the ocean near Oceano.

**Note that for this map series, there were difficulties downloading the 10 meter raster data from the USGS website, therefore a 30 meter resolution DEM was used for the elevation data. This causes a rougher outlining of the watershed boundary.
